What stiffness can you reach with your hydrogel substrate ?
The substrate of our microwells can have a stiffness ranging from 200 Pa to 30 kPa in average shear modulus. Our standard stiffnesses are 200 Pa (soft), 10 kPa (standard) and 30 kPa (Stiff). For custom stiffnesses, please contact us.
Can you change medium without washing the cells/organoids out of the microwells ?
With our proprietary plate design, you can safely change medium without disturbing the cell aggregates or the organoids over the entire culture time.
What is the cell aggregate/organoid size variation from microwell to microwell ?

Can you make microwells with various shapes?
